We want to make our products accessible for our worldwide customers so we have designed the standard ordering procedure for all types of our products.

We have special online application - e-Intelligence™ - to provide our customers with possibilities to search for specific online products and to order them.

There is a special section "Coalmining in Russia" in our Bookshop - that contains all products listed here.

• Browsing of the index of the products available for online sale. 
• Full-text searching for the products corresponding to some specific objects (companies, persons, regions, industries, etc.).
• Access to product' description pages with key information on the corresponding items (companies, persons, regions, industries, etc.) as well as on the products themselves (prices, volume, date of the last update, etc.).
• Online ordering with the help of shopping card.
• Shopping card management (to add item, to delete item, etc.). 
• Online registration process.
• Online generation of the Invoice.

How To Order Products

Bookshop is an interactive application that allows to order items and to receive invoices without our personnel's participation. 

To purchase some specific product in online catalog you have to do the following steps:

• To find the required products (it can be done either directly from the current website or by using of the "search" option);
• To choose the required language of the product (English is the default language; Russian is available for some products);
• To click on "Add to Card" button;
• If you want to order another item click on "Confirm" button and you'll get back to e-Intelligence™ index;
• If you want to complete with your order click on "Checkout Now" button;
• It's necessary to enter your personal information in registration form (note that there are only 4 required fields - Your Name, Company, Country and e-Mail Address - and you have to fill them out; other fields are optional);
• Click "Next" button;
• Click "Next" button;
• You'll get an Invoice with detailed information on your order (including order number) as well as payment instructions and our bank accounts details;
• Please print an Invoice and click on "Done" button.

How To Pay For Our Online Products

Currently only Pre-Payment on Account (Bank Transfer) method of payment is applicable. You have to transfer the required total fee indicated in specific Invoice to our bank account in 5 business days of date of the Invoice. Note that we have two different accounts for US dollars and Euro funds transfer. Choose the proper account according to the currency you will pay in. Indicate your Order number in your Bank Transfer documents. If you have not paid the Invoice in 5 days of date of the Invoice you have to re-order the required products. 

To support your order we need some payment information. Please, notify us about your payment by e-mail and send us a copy of payment document with e-mail or by fax.

Please note that our Invoices don't contain any bank charges that must be paid to your bank for transfer transaction. It's necessary that we'll receive the exact total sum indicated in the specific Invoice.

If you need a signed copy of some specific Invoice by fax or e-Mail simply tell us and we'll send you such copy.

We understand you desire to get the ordered products as quickly as it's possible. We'll deliver you the purchased products immediately when the payment will be received and our bank will confirm this fact.
Delivery will be done by e-Mail or we'll send you a link to the report placed at our web server.
